The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly (I travelled with 3 kids so it was really nice to have that help). Dining in Seagull and Fish cá restaurants was great (love the service there). The room is ok, clean with beautiful view.

Nice and modern designed room, but there’s stain on the wall. Look like the water from the floor above leaking through the wall.

First day was in another building but there was electric carts to take us to breakfast location Second night it was in the same building a great breakfast

Great facilities and the room was really clean and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was also great

There's a huge sea-water swimming pool there! 3-hours drive from Hanoi and your kid will soak there until the gills grow. Mind the kids room will lots of toys, which will keep your youngster busy and allow you to spend time reading. It's a perfect location for family getaway.
